Can’t get Gladiator into service

I have made 2 different appointments now with 2 different Jeep dealerships only to have them both cancel. Both claimed the same thing A/c machine filter is down. My truck isn’t currently blowing cold air, has 7,500 miles is a 21 sport. What sucks is this has been a problem since January and each appointment took 1 month to get to. Now we are at the end of march, and the next available appointments are mid May for my local dealers. Feeling a bit defeated by the situation. Am hoping someone knows of a better dealership in my area zip code 91367

Sucks to have an issue you can’t get service for. Did you bring your truck into the dealership looking like that?

It does feel exactly like the McDonald ice cream machine lol… no both dealerships called me the day before I was going to bring it in to cancel my appointments. I would not bring the truck in like this to a dealership, that’s just asking for trouble

That sucks. Never had a problem at my dealer. I can get in same week or next week anytime. One of the reasons I bought from them was their customer service and how awesome their buying process was. They are 17 miles from my house rather than the dealer about 3. Hopefully someone can give you a good dealer.

I also did a little test, I called both dealers and to get an oil change appointment and I could get an appointment 1 week out. But for “diagnostic appointments” as they call it, they are 1-2 months out for appointments, doesn’t make sense.
