Same for me, I've tried everything (cables, different USB port, even another iPhone) and the screen continues to glitch like in the video. Taken it to the dealer 2 times and they "can't replicate" the issue. Been stuck with a glitching carplay system since I drove it off the lot last July. They are definitely not interested in fixing it. Hoping for a software upgrade to the head unit at some point that will address it but I'm not holding my breath. Sorry for the downer info.
Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. Please let me know if you plan on visiting a dealership for this concern. I would be happy to open a case for you.Iāve got this problem as well. Hoping a software update fixes! Doesnāt bother me as much as the scaled down CarPlay display on the 7ā screen. Wish it filled it up more!
