Changing from halogen to LED drl/blinkers

My Overland has all halogen lights on it and I’m going to upgrade to LED. I’ve bought LED fog lights and LED DRL/blinker lights from other JT owners who upgraded to aftermarket. Trying to decide whether to purchase Mopar LED headlights or from someone like Oracle.

Question is- how much is involved in swapping out the blinker/drl lights? Do you just loosen and pull the fender liner down and replace from there? I haven’t had much time to go out and study it yet but wanted to get some info on the swap so I can plan it. What about the fogs? I have the JScan app to change the ECU settings.
