They look to be 3D printed. Acetone will smooth them out.

They look to be 3D printed. Acetone will smooth them out.
Depends on what filament they used. And acetone is not always the best, you can easily lose some details doing that. Seen a few videos using baking powder and resin to fill and create a surface you can sound down to smooth. Then using filler primer before painting.
