I get that frustration. I had a 2017 Canyon when they were new and it was the first year of the new drivetrain, it turned out to be a great truck, but it was the first year of the 8AT and when I first got it I had a lot of problems with it and they didn’t know how to fix it. It was literally trial and error. It got a few different fluids, programming, new valve body, etc. they were just throwing parts at it. GM corporate kept having new TSBs and none worked. I finally got so mad that I told my service advisor that I wasn’t going to pick it back up till they had it fixed properly. He said ok I understand. Let me grab my manager. He sent a finance manager in to sell me an extended warranty. I about lost it.Gotta love it got a marketing email today selling an unlimited mileage warranty.
