How do you like the X-MT’s? I love how they look
These are some serious tires. If you don't mind the road noise they are actually great. I had them in Dunes, Snow, Highway, and Mud and they have performed flawless. I will def get another set.

With the extra .5", total is around 4 now. Does that change up the geometry of the front steering? Mainly track bar and drag link? What about the drive shaft?

Yes, I have .5 all around except for the passenger front. That's a 1 inch to compensate for the Jeep lean. I also added Steer Smarts XD Pro Draglink and 2.5 Ton Steering XD Tie rod. I also added a Adams Driveshaft.
