Not a fair or apt comparison, since they aren't yet mounted and even when they are it most likely won't be on this truck........but they do seem to dwarf the existing skinny Mickey Thomson 35's when sitting side by side.

I was quite surprised how much larger these are compared to my 37” K02s. I know the K02s run small but I guess I didn’t realize how small.

You guys inspired me. While out in the shop earlier they kept staring at me (AKA they were stacked directly in the way of some other shit I needed to do) so I decided to mount them to this truck after all, maybe just temporarily, who knows.

I do have to say, they do sit nicely on the set of OEM steelies I had. They balanced out fine on my old machine as well. Hopefully everyone's turn out to be as nice as all of ours have so far. Hard to argue with a full set of new 37's for under a grand, wheels included.

How has the ride been? What tire pressure are you running? How is the noise? Inquiring minds want to know.....for those of use whom have not installed them yet. Thank you in advance.

Had to make a quick jaunt up to Damascus earlier from Knoxville. Decided to take the truck while the tires were still on it. Since I knew I would be mostly on pavement, I went ahead and knocked out a chalk test and set the PSI properly.

I ended up down in the mid/high 20s before I decided they were as low as I was willing to go for highway driving. They still look a little light on the center treads to me. It's more apparent in the images below than it was in the parking lot.

My guess is the skinny OEM 7.5 steelies are making the tires crown a bit, and you just have to get down in the PSI range to flatten the contact patch out. This particular truck has essentially zero extra payload other than the winch up front.

Regardless, the pavement ride was exactly as I figured it would be. It rides like a solid axle Jeep truck with 37-inch mud tires is supposed to. Sort of like how I expect the Moon Rover drove all those decades ago. All floaty and cloudlike. Which, to me, is exactly what I want. A high-speed, maneuverable, highway vehicle, the Gladiator is not.

No complaints here. Great deal. Wish I had bought two sets.

Thank you. My rims are 17x9. My Kanati Trail Hog AT 4 are 37's and I run them at 28 psi. The are E's though.

I finally got around to mounting mine today. Overall very pleased with the look. Being brand new they sound fine, on par with my worn K02s but I know that will be short lived and they will assuredly get louder with time.

They look awesome! I have not mounted mine yet, but soon. I have a Rubicon with a 3.5" lift. How much lift is on yours?

I have Kanati Trail Hog AT in 37x12.50r17 and the Firestone's, at least not mounted, seem a little smaller in diameter.

Thanks
