So I was getting ready to service my coolant system. Wasn’t sure if they were any tricks to this.

I heard it’s easy to get air in the systems.

Does anyone have experience with coolant change?

2021 3.6 …
Thanks

On my 2021 JT, I did just a radiator coolant drain and refill after replacing with some aftermarket hoses. I did not mess with any block draining nor did I want to. Even the radiator drain and fill took multiple start and brought to temp cycles with top off before it leveled out.

It's easy to get air in many systems, dating back to the 4.0

Unless you have a trillion miles on it, and you certainly don't have a lot of years on it. Are you concerned about the coolant for a reason, or do you actually have over 100,000 miles on it?

I'd go with this at the most -
