I had the same issue with dealerships not wanting to fix sine I didn't buy it there I purchased it used called multiple dealers . Finally called jeep and was on hold while they called several dealerships they found a dealer an hour away and I called them and they referred me to their body shop they used. I took it in and they found the same issue you have on the hood Al 4 doors and the tailgate. Basically all the aluminum parts. They said it would be about two weeks before they could schedule it. I dropped it off this afternoon and they told me it would be about 10 days. The dealership gave me a loaner , a 2025 Gladiator Sport. I still have a year left on my 2023 3/36k warranty. Try calling Jeep. It can be done if a dealer wants to help its customers. Good LuckI had a similar issue but on the hinges for the hood. I too went to several dealers and got the runaround. I finally called Jeep, they opened up a case, told me which dealer to go to, I went to that dealer, they said it would take 2 weeks before they could look at it. So 2 weeks go by, they call me!! And they said it was ready for pickup, I said, so what did you do to it. They replaced all four doors and the hood!! Talk about exceeding expectations. So, not sure which dealers you are going to, but I had a great experience. I would try the dealer's that Jeep recommends, they all have to honor the warranty.
