Issues with Paint Corrosion Warranty Repairs

I just received my 2021 Gladiator High Altitude back from the dealership's body shop for paint corrosion warranty repairs. It received a new hood, new doors, and a new tailgate. My tailgate was bedlined from the factory, but when they replaced the tailgate to fix the corrosion, they did not put the bedliner back in. They said that Chrysler does not pay them to put the tailgate back the way it was, so they would not put the bedliner back in on my Gladiator. Has anyone else experienced this? I have put in a call to Jeep Cares, but I am not holding my breath.

I hope I don't run into that problem too. I'm still waiting for an approval for my corrosion warranty repair. It has been almost 2 months.

I would call bs on that, especially if you can show it was an OEM option. I just received mine back from the corrosion repair and they had my replacement tailgate sprayed with bedliner like it was when I dropped it off.

Something is wrong here. My dealership body shop received a request for a better picture of corrosion on 2 of the doors the day after submission. Day after that approval for all 4 doors, hood and tailgate replacement received..

I know something is off. Sept was the first time I took it in. They took pictures snd said they would submit for approval. I didn't get a case number or any paperwork showing that I was there. I went back in October and they took pictures again. I witnessed the service rep type our info into the computer. November came and I went back again. They admitted knowing that I came in and had the pictures from the last time I was there. Finger pointing, without an apology carried on for a few minutes. I still don't have a case or reference number, but I did receive an email that they are looking into my request.

I was told because mine was aftermarket, they would not cover it. But if it had been factory they would have.
My experience with the dealer was excellent.
