Cowl Panel Grille Fading

My JT is coming up on 3 years old........almost 60k miles on it and everything has weathered great EXCEPT for the cowl panel grill......... it's definitely getting that weathered uneven faded gray plastic look......... anybody have any good remedies for that, besides replacing it? And yup, tried Armor All, but that doesn't really help much at all.
