Anyone have a number or experience with ruthless dealerships? Dealership wrecked my 2020 special ordered gladiator and bent the frame. That was the major part of the damage as they struck another vehicle and was issued a moving violation. Dealership is deflecting responsibility to city and street that should have had a stop sign. I don’t want my Jeep back with a repaired fixed frame in two places. Why would I? They need to do whatever is right and have Chrysler build the exact car I ordered and sell it to me at well below cost. And I have a 6 year extended warranty I’ve paid for. How do I get that money back? Maybe it’s transferable. Anyway what a mess and so maddening Jeep won’t do the right thing.

1st off, the dealership has insurance, you have insurance. Between the 2 you should be compensated for your loss, especially if the employee was placed at fault in the accident. As far as them building you a new one and selling to you well below cost, probably not going to happen. Best thing you can do at this point is get an Attorney to make sure your interests are looked after. You may have the option of insurance purchasing a new frame from MOPAR Parts and replacing the damaged frame with a factory new one. You are right, it is a mess, but getting an attorney and filing a claim with the Dealership’s insurance carrier would be the best place to start.

Just curious, where at in Kansas?

Sucks to hear, but do not expect Stellantis to get involved with this in any way, shape or form. Like @Yossarian mentioned this is a pure insurance claim issue just as if it happened at a independent shop. Just because the dealership has the CDJR on the signs out front, they are still franchise dealership and corporate has limited liability to things like this post sale.

I had to google Stellantis @Hootbro I don’t want financing or know anything or want anything from them. Dealerships have to learn how to be more responsible. I have an attorney.
