Ditto.. My 1 year freebie just expired in August. 2 weeks later I received an offer for about $5 a month plus free upgrade to premium package. Called and took the offer. Rep I talked to tried to up sell me to premium package to make it $8 a month and had to remind her my email offer included the free upgrade. So if you get it and call, be sure and read the offer and don't let em play you for $3 dollars more. Good luck!

Just be careful on those upfront initial first year deals they give you. Most times when you pay for it upfront, they put your credit card on file for the auto renew in a year at the much higher rate.

Best thing to do is pay for it with a burner generated shopping credit card number that expires before your renewal date and that forces them and you to renegotiate to keep a better rate going into the next year. Then you repeat the same process every year after that.

They sent me a 1 year $5/mo offer, but call if you didn't get that. They have always been very willing to give you a deal to retain a subscription.
