Adding my experience here. I put 10 ply 285 70's on my '21 stock sport s wheels the same day I picked it up new at the dealer. Over the next 3 years I purchased 2 sets of the same brand, size, and ply rating up until the second set wore out at around 80k miles and I decided to go with the 8 ply version of the same brand / size. Some time went by once I switched I started getting pretty bad death wobble when hitting pot holes or imperfections in the road when going 55-60 mph or more. At the time it didn't occur to me that the most recent change were the tires, but since it was over 80k on the clock I assumed suspension was getting some play. I had 3 shops (all guys I've used for years and know these rigs) check bushings, joints ends etc and everything but the stock track bar and stabilizer were tight. I upgraded to a HD track bar, fox stabilizer and still had the wobble issue. The alignment shop guy was the first to ask what had changed when he wobble started and the only thing was the tires. He suggested maybe the 7.5 wide rims were pinching the 285 70's too much and a wider wheel might solve the issue. It got me thinking that I put hose 8 plys on and that was around he time I starting having problems. I went back he tire shop and switched out the front tires for to 10 plys again and so far, it hasn't come back. I've driven it over 5000 miles since switching back to the 10 plys. I'm not saying you should get 10 ply tires. Just agreeing that the issue could be the tires themselves and nothing to do with wheel or suspension parts.

I recently added 2.5” triple rate Clayton Off-road rear springs and 2.5” HD Clayton Off-road front springs to my 2” Mopar lift and now when I hit a bump at higher speeds the front end becomes very loose. I wouldn’t necessarily call it death wobble. The front end seems more bouncy or extremely easy to steer side to side when it happens. Hard to explain. And yes I’ve already added the FOX steering stabilizer.

Im currently looking for longer front swaybar links. Since my original 2” lift has become more of a 5”- 6” lift now. Will that help my current issue??

That I don’t know. I just simply figured it was caused by the extremely stiff springs.

If you still have the stock lower arms that come with the Mopar lift, your caster is probably too low. You want it in the 5-6 degrees range.
