Take a look at rugged ridge arcos #11549.04 don’t know if it’s made w/o winch plate not too heavy Yet stout where you need itI’d love to find a stubby, non-winch, hoop free that incorporates factory fogs, that’s doesn’t break the bank. I’ve looked at several JL/JT bumper threads and haven’t seen one, but I could’ve missed it too. TIA!
Fab Fours makes a version of the bumper I have, that doesn't have the brush guard on it. And you don't have to mount a winch on top if you don't want to.I’d love to find a stubby, non-winch, hoop free that incorporates factory fogs, that’s doesn’t break the bank. I'm telling you, that Fab Fours I linked you to, checks all the boxes of your criteria. If you want more pictures of the one I have, I can post them, you just have to picture what it would be like without the winch and without the brush guard. But personally, I would get the one with the brushgaurd, and just NOT mount a winch, if you don't plan on putting one. That way you have the option to later, when you decide to.....Because trust me, it's a Jeep....You'll want to mount a winch on there sooner or later. If you haven't done much offroading, all it takes is 1 incident where it hits you like, "Damn! I could get out of this situation, if I only had a winch..." or "I could help this person out if I had a winch..." or "Man, I could really use a winch right now it would make this SO much easier..." And next thing you know, you're shopping for one. So the ability to add one later, without having to purchase another bumper, is nearly priceless.I’m thinking under 600 for all the options I DON’T want. I’ve seen some fairly simple aluminum bumpers over $1000.

This is my third Jeep (98 Sahara, 09 2dr Sport) and I’m over the off-roading, aside from beach accesses. My concern with bumpers that allow winch Mount is the hole left when no winch is present. I’ll definitely look into the FavFour more because it does seem to check all the boxes and I’m sure there are pics without the guard.I'm telling you, that Fab Fours I linked you to, checks all the boxes of your criteria. forgot about the mopar. Thanks!! Will do some more research.Rigid ridge Spartacus bumper is a stubby with no brush guard and uses factory fogs. Or the mopar steel stubby but it will be more.

The Fab Fours Stubby doesn't have a hole for a winch. The winch mounts on top. So if you don't use a winch, it's still a solid bumper with no empty cavity and no hole for the cable to pass through. This is my third Jeep (98 Sahara, 09 2dr Sport) and I’m over the off-roading, aside from beach accesses.
