Since I had time today I figured I would check connections and do old school diagnostics to figure what's going on and I found something interesting.
F23 Powertrain Control Module (PCM)/Engine Control Module (ECM)
registered -.03 volts
F22 Engine Control Module (ECM)/Powertrain Control Module 12.8 volts
Most everything on multimeter was 12.8 volts running and voltmeter in jeep 11.9-12.3
When I take to dealership later I will see if they think I don't know what I am talking about
