I took my doors off over the weekend. When I went to put them back on I torxed off a portion of the door pin screw on one of the doors. Can that screw pin be taken off a door and replaced? If so does anyone know the part I need to get. With this are the sleeves that screw onto the pin are they specific to the top and bottom for the doors? Before I snapped it off it still had about 1/4-1/2" of gap before it would have been fully seated. Any place sell aftermarket versions?

I had a similar issue. Most folks said the nuts are completely unnecessary. But since I go to Chicago I would prefer the security. I bought a hinge and 8 new nuts from the dealer - I don’t recall the cost but it was cheap. I also bought paint but since my JT is granite crystal metallic, I’m not sure that’s necessary. My dealer told me the torque spec

I am not super worried as the lower one on my driver door is still there. It is just the top one and I took the door back off and there is still some thread left just doesn't seem to bite when I insert another sleeve nut in. More just an annoyance i guess. I was more surprised how easily it snapped since it still had quite a bit to go before it was snug.
