I use Dry Graphite spray

Graphite in the presence of aluminum is not a ideal situation. In the right weather conditions, it can make galvanic corrosion between the two materials.

I do not know off hand what material the hinges are, but I do know they attach to the aluminum body panel doors that are not sealed from each other.

I use synthetic disc brake lube on my 99 TJ since new . Never had a problem so I would say after 24 years of use it is probably safe for the Gladiator also.

One of the first mods I did was to replace the door hing liners with a Derlin liners, did the same on my previous Wrangler. I picked up these from Amazon though just saw price jacked up by about $10 - worth looking around.

I should have known better. The Kentrol ones off amazon quickly began to crack. I went back to where I bought before and like @Jglad15 I orders them off of TMR.

Mine are holding up good, but they do squeak after a good rain.

The ones I have on my Gladiator now don't squeak, after being off for the summer I did hit them with a shot of white lithium grease before I put them on.
