Dual Straight Pipe Exhaust

I had a custom true dual installed on my JT - I had them remove the trumpet and go straight back, installed a double x-pipe welded together, Jones mufflers off set for space over the diff and back to the bumper where they dump out pointing down with a slash cut. You can't see the pipe, and no tips required. Best sounding v-6 I have ever heard....

I had a chance to further test it out on a multi-hour road trip this week. While the J-pipe killed the drone at 2000 RPM, I found that interstate cruising in eighth gear at 1500 RPM also has a bit of a hum. It's lower-frequency, so it's not nearly as bad. I don't think I want to consistently hear that on a regular basis, though, since this is my daily driver. I'm going to add the Dynomax Race Bullet. It'll drop the sound level a few decibels, but it'll also deaden the remainder of that unwanted noise. I can live with that trade-off.

True, the pentas sound like modded g35's with some cheaper exhausts. I like my borla atak kit for sound and zero drone, though its PRICEY now.
