Does anyone know if the gladiator will have a real emergency brake or will it just be a "parking brake" button like what my pacifica has? Would getting a manual get me a real ebrake?

It will have a real emergency brake, will be just like the JL.

Its rear wheel drive so you can do donuts without a handbrake anyway. 
All the ebrake does in my XJ is mess up the horribly located cup holders.
