Excessive rear spring bow/bump stops not lined up

I’ve had the Clayton 2.5” Overland Plus with the HD springs for about a year now. I recently added an Expedition One dual swing out rear bumper and relocated the spare. While down there I noticed what I think is too much bow in the rear springs and my bump stops are not centered. I believe they were at install. Do I need to shift my rear axle forward and if so what is the best way to do it? Below are pictures with the truck sitting on tbe ground except for a few of the bump stops at almost full compression.

What's your pinion angle?

The only way to "move" your axle is with adjustable control arms, and with provided images I don't see any adjustment.

1-3 degrees is what you should shoot for.

But that is not enough to fix your problem.

I'm at a loss why it would move that far, unless the HD springs caused it and you need to lengthen the control arms.

You might contact @Clayton Off Road and see if there is a different measurement for the control arms going from standard to HD coils.

1-3 degrees is what you should shoot for.

Thanks man, I’ll try contacting them. Got a trip to AZ on Saturday and this is not what I want to deal with

As it is now, as the axle travels up, the alignment will get worse.

So weird. Seems like I’d need to shorten the lowers and bring it all forward but that also doesn’t seem right

You'd have to shorten all 4 of them, or your pinion will go way out.

Hey there, spring bow is totally normal as you are rotating the axle backwards which is where the coil mounts are welded to, and so the coils just naturally follow. The key is finding a good balance between the amount of bow and the pinion angle and then you should be good to go! Other than being a visual irritant, spring bow won't cause any issues, and you really couldn't get rid of it unless you wanted to cut off the factory coil mounts and re-weld them on, which I definitely would not want to get into!

I took my truck by my local reputable 4wd shop whose owner also owns a JT and talked to them. The consensus there was that he would leave as is. If the truck is driving good the bow is not going to hurt anything, and I still have plenty of bumpstop contact when compressed. Other then it driving my brain nuts it seems like it is nothing I need to worry about, at least not now. If down the line I want to pull it apart and mess with it I can, but it is not anything I need to lose sleep over.
