Extreme cold transmission issues?

I have a 2022 JT with max tow. Today in this beautiful place I live we had -15 temps with a -40 windchill. That being said today while I drove my truck wouldn’t shift any higher than 4th gear unless I used manual mode. It also lost power steering at 60mph but all of a sudden came back when I slowed down to make a turn. Anybody else experience anything like this?
