Feel something in steering wheel

My 2021 Mojave gladiator has 9200 miles with all stock suspension , I installed 35’s at 1500 miles. . I’ve started feeling something in the steering wheel when going down the hwy when I start turning left hand curves but don’t feel anything turning right hand curves. Hard to explain feeling, not a vibration but like a grinding kind of sensation. But no noise

No sector shaft brace right?

Could also be ball joints that are under torqued, seems less common on JT's but fairly common JL's.
