Filling in holes on tailgate?

Has anyone filled in the holes on the tailgate after removing the Jeep Emblem?

I took my Jeep emblem off and was originally going to get the Gladiator emblem. But now I have decided I like no emblem. Has anyone filled in the holes and had their tailgate painted?

That looks good. I guess my tailgate is going to Urban Jeep Outfitters to be filled and painted ...

I removed my side jeep emblems and the Mojave off my hood. I think it looks good.
