Freedom top bad paint job.

Noticed this today on my new Willys. Emailed my sales guy a pic to check on future incoming tops. This is on the rear main portion of the freedom top.

Looks precisely 10x worse in person, as if some kid was learning to rattle can paint.

Anyone have any idea what my options would be? Zero chance I’m leaving this at a dealer.
