Did some digging on the forums, and couldn't find this discussed previously with a definitive answer.

Does anyone know where one can find the spring rates for each spring? I have a sport that currently has Mojave coils on it. Good ride, but I feel like I'm accelerating shock wear too much, and the sag is real when loaded. I'm swaping the rear to max tow coils, but I'm wondering if the front sport coils are the same as the front max tows. Any info helps.

There is no chart. There are a few people who have done personal testing on various springs and posted up the results.

Seems no one wants to put up their spring rates and won't answer if asked.

The serious manufacturers will have a spring dyno to test rates of factory when choosing their own respective rates. The factory rates are very hard to find, but after speaking with a few manufacturers Ive discerned that the JTR front springs are approx 105 lb/in. Not sure on any other trims.

here's some more solid info that may help a bit. Otherwise your shock is definitely working harder to dampen motion on a softer spring however with the right shock, the softer spring will always provide a better ride and more traction that a firmer one. I'd consider keeping the mojave springs and swapping out the shocks.

This video helps explain the advantages of the softer spring for our use case:
