So I just talked with Gupton and they are very friendly. She told me if you want the Proximity sensor on a Sport S you have to get the dual door option...….Wow, thanks Jeep!

If this is a fact, then there is a problem.
So in order to get a $500? option you have to spend how much for
the dual doors?

I think I have figured it out so stay with me.....This option is included with the technology package for 2022 (according to the brochure) but if you just click that option itself it will prompt you to choose a dual door option. This looks like they are intending to give this option in the plan "Sport" level but if you want it in that you will have to choose the dual door option. What "I Think" my dealer was doing is choosing the tech package and then also the "Proximity Sensor" option and getting the dual door prompt. I have to talk to them tomorrow and make sure.

I ordered 22 with P.E.P., Technology, etc.

We ordered a 2022 Willys Wrangler for my husband and we could not get the proximity entry without a dual door group. It was not worth the extra $3500 for doors we would never use.

That sucks. Proximity sensor doors are one of my favorite options, but I have an Overland.

Proximity apparently came with it

I have an Overland with that option. I was just stating that it’s a shame to have to order the dual doors option. I wouldn’t get a lot of use out of it. Definitely not enough to justify the cost.

My dealer looked at the details of the Technology Group and confirmed what I was seeing. I don't want to say this is for sure but I ordered my Jeep today with the impression I was getting this.

No - I ordered a 22 by building a 21 on the site with the packages I wanted and printing the PDF and emailing it back. They'll send you a build sheet and you can see everything included with that before doing a deposit.
