I purchased their hood lock for my JT and after installing, the lock module is not locking. It actually stays in the unlocked position. I can move the latch with my hand and it springs back to the unlocked position. I thought these were supposed to stay in the locked position. At any rate, calling them was useless because after 15 mins on hold it goes to voicemail. When I tried a chat from their website, the tech told me to re-orient the bulb! I had to explain there is no bulb, this is for the hood lock. I had to give them the model number so they knew what I was having trouble with! The tech came back with "fill out this warranty form and we will replace it" After submitting the form there is a message that appears that says they are having issues getting the information from the web page and to email them if I dont hear back within 48 hours.

Is @LASFIT having issues as a company? It sure seems like it. IMO these are all red flags. I had a similar experience years ago with the popular heads up display called Navdy. Little did I know shortly after purchasing the Navdy, they were already going out of business. With all of that said im still giving Lasfit the benefit of the doubt. We will see what happens. Stay tuned!
