Big shout out, to Lasfit Customer Service. I purchased their hood lock system, in January 2023, for my 2021 gladiator Rubicon. It worked flawlessly, until a couple of months ago. I contacted their customer service department and explained what was going on. They passed the information onto tech-support and told me I would be contacted shortly. A day or two later, I was contacted and was asked to do some troubleshooting. Each thing I tried, did not work. I told them I would disconnect and isolate the negative grounds, on the two batteries, for 20 minutes, hoping to recalibrate things. Even that didn’t work.
Vichan, the tech-support rep told me he would send me a new control box, which mounts under the dash. I received it, hooked it up, but it still didn’t work. He then told me, customer satisfaction was very important to them and he would send me a whole new kit. The warranty on the hood lock system, is only one year, yet after 2 1/2 years, they were still willing, to send me a whole new kit. That’s unheard of. How many companies, stand behind their products, in that way?
Anyway, got the new system, hooked it up and it works great. I also bought their bedliner for the back of the gladiator. It fits like a glove and looks even better. Nothing slides around anymore. And when you consider the quality, for the price, it’s a no-brainer. I was able to find a discount code.
This is a really good company. I will be shopping their site, for mods for my Chevy, as well. Keep up the great work Lasfit!!!
