I just installed two 8 gl tanks on my Harker EDC camper.
They are from Ebay , simular to Rotopac design, well built and thick, green, lower cost and come with normal spouts.
Wife made insulated marine rated covers for them.
I'll be able to siphon to my tank without having to manhandle them.

Where do you get them? Looked on their website but the vendors listed are either Canada (no US shipping) or Europe.

I'll be looking to compare the $60 jerry can from Harbor Freight against the $90 Wavian can. Seams, welds, interior, quality, etc. I see no reason to scoff at the HF can, as there's a good video review linked on their site. It will likely all come down to price and preference of spout, which I haven't really looked at yet.
