That would be the ideal setup. But I'm too cheap for that lol. This is my first Jeep and dove head first into it lol. Got an alucab canopy and rtt without looking into other options. If I were to do it over, I'd get the AT Habitat with a Dickinson P9000 furnace and call it a done. But now we're looking at a small offroad trailer to throw the rtt on top. Like you said, life too short, gotta start living a little. Been working 6-7 days a week for the last 20 years and turning the big 50 this month.
the dickenson marine is AMAZING. I had the P9000 when living in my travel trailer. It worked great and kept the place so much warmer than the loud furnace. And good warm to the bones heat too.

I have a buddy heater but condensation is terrible in our rtt. There's really nothing wrong with a chinese diesel heater except having to carry extra diesel. My previous unit was the Vevor which was a pain in the behind to pack and carry. My new unit, the HC-A01 is compact and everything fits inside the case. I use about 1/3 of the 5L tank a night on low setting in 28* F so not bad at all.
The Webasto is nice but the you have to plumb it up and $$$$. Here's a link to the HC-A01.

This one looks like a better option, thanks!
