Is it just me or does anyone else have issues filling up the gas? The nozzle clicks like the tank is already full but I was on empty. I had to manually press the nozzle and it clicked about 50 times to get it to 18 gallons.

my last fill up was the same and I was at a different gas location.

I had it happen on my JKU and it ended up being a bad purge valve. It was like a $18 fix. I'd take it back to the dealership and have them check it and see if that's the problem, or if you want to fix it your self it's a 10 or 15 minute job if it's anything like the my JKU was.

Haven't had that happen ever. Not yet at least.

I do find that the little hook which I assume is for hanging the cap on is basically useless. The cap falls off at some point during the fill every time, usually as soon as the nozzle makes contact with the filler hole.

Maybe I'm doing it wrong.

No you aren't doing it wrong but I do use two hands to place the gas cap cable onto the hook to keep it from popping off. It's definitely a bit finicky.

Mine will spit when it is done filling and spit fuel out of fuel door onto the fender and flare. I'm going to have it looked at when I take mine in to have new gears installed

I agree, the little hook for hanging the gas cap is the most useless one I have ever had.
