Can I put a gauge cluster from a 2022 JLR 3.0L into my 23 JT 3.6l? Is there a difference in gauge clusters between the two engines?

I have seen the same thing done on the RAM side and it does not work well. There is extra stuff in the diesel cluster menus that is looking for a signal and not getting on the can bus and will throw error messages. .

Old vehicles with mechanical and/or simple electrical gauges will potentially be more agreeable to a swap. Probably with a fair amount of wiring cuts and adaptions.

On the overwhelmingly complex modern vehicle with CANBUS digital signals coursing through virtually ever wire that address very specific vehicle differences (powertrain included) instrumentation and readout displays. No. Even if it physically was truly an exact fit.

Ok - maybe! I doubt it would be a direct match electronically and firmware/software-wise but it is possible. I doubt any of us have the exact information to pull this off without a chance of smoking something. Unless your lucky to find someone to respond they did that, been there. I also suspect that both of your JEEP's are still within factory warranty. Warranty will go out the window, if it hasn't already with some other aftermarket mods. Even if the swap turns out to work; pretty sure someone will recognize the change out.

Since costs can be controlled by making sub assemblies for two or more model of vehicles exactly the same, you might have a win here!

If the electronic odometer is more than just a readout display where it has some handshaking between the panel and an external computer module, uh-ooh. If you find the connectors are a complete match between the JLR and JT, I'd still hold off until you research this fully even if the connectors match and seems tempting to just go for it. Too expensive to find acrid smoke or worse coming out of the dash. Asking if somone has actually tried this, good idea. But again, even if it works out ok, you might need to consider what it might do to factory warranty if that clock is still running for one or both of your JEEP's.
