I did this literally yesterday.
infotainment.com sells the cluster for $1k. Not going to spend that.
I found the 7" EVIC cluster on eBay for under $300. If you go this route make sure the one you are looking for is undamaged. Some of them are scratched up.
You need to make the odometer match the factory. infotainment.com does this for you but there are other resources. I found a company in GA that did it for under $200. Turn around time was great.
There are videos on how to swap out the cluster on YT or you can probably figure it out yourself. Really easy to do.
Also, no reprograming at all. Just take out the old, plug in the new and away you go. Less than $500 and 30 minutes in your garage and done.
