Genesis battery conversion

Has any one done a conversion to the genesis battery set up
Or is there posts on information already

Yes , and there are a lot of threads on it!
I have the third generation without the solenoid and love it . There is another current generation Omega with DC to DC charger that lets you use a different battery then the AGMs, which I am on the fence about if I would go that way as mine works great for what I need, and use AGM batteries which run a large fridge in bed with 100 watts of solar helping….Jack

I purchased the GENESIS GEN 3 dual battery kit in October, and used the kit to replace my two OEM batteries that were starting to fail. I did the install in my driveway one morning, using the excellent videos that GENESIS has available on-line. I purchased one of the two different battery sets that GENESIS was also selling, though I did not buy the batteries from GENESIS because I was able to find a lower price and free shipping for the Full River group 25 batteries elsewhere. The conversion fixed the 6-8 months of "ESS not available" and "aux switches not available" messages I was receiving before the conversion, and gave me smart charging and the ability to tie the batteries together, or not, through the BOOST SWITCH. To date, I am still very pleased with the conversion, and I have no regrets at all about the price. I also like the fact that I will not need to dig deep into the engine compartment to retrieve that small ESS battery the next time I need to replace my Gladiator batteries.
As Jaxmax states, there is a lot of information on the forum about the Gladiator ESS battery and solutions, including the GENESIS kit.
