Gladiator 2020 radio acting up

The radio in my Mojave has been acting up since new in January. It will black out and restart. The back up camera has went blue screen several times. Dealer did update with no changes. A new radio was installed so I was told. Maybe refurbished not sure. But it is still blacking out and restarting. Today I was listening to serious xm and it was stuck on a station. Could not change. Hopefully something can be done.
