Woke up this morning, put the coffee on and looked out my front window. Both doors on the driver side were open. Went outside to check out vehicle, and found muddy footprints on the front and rear seats. An empty ziplock bag was lying on the floor. It previously held some peppermints, and was in one of the cup holders in the front. It appears that the local black bear has learned how to open doors. Lesson learned. Don’t keep any candy in vehicle. I guess the smell of the peppermints was too much of a temptation for the bear. I thought this type of thing only happened at camp grounds. Doors will be locked in the future.

Glad your JT survived unscathed, that could have been bad!
