Maybe you should have paid more attention to the fact that what I said was accurate. They’re a division of Fox Factory Inc. Fox Factory Holding Corp is the holding company of Fox Factory, Inc. Sport Truck USA is a division of that. Why do you care?!

Your statement “accuracy is important” was BS. If you want to know their corporate structure, go ahead and research it. I’ve spoken to them many times on the phone, and they present themselves as all being part of Sport Truck USA. How a company markets itself to customers, does not need to match their background corporate structuring.
