Ordered the RB20 Slim Step Sides directly from GoRhino on there website on September 23rd 2023. Received a email the next day stating the items are on back order with no other information. Called GoRhino and spoke with a rep. Rep stated that the brackets are on back order and he will have to check with the fabrication division and call me back.

A week or so later with no response from GoRhino I called back in. I spoke with the same rep. He stated that the brackets are on back order until October 20th 2023. He stated he was going to once again check if they would be available sooner and reach back out to me. Once again with no response I reached out to GoRhino via email and asked when my order will be shipped and explained it in detail. I received an email reply from a different rep defending the other rep and still not giving any update. So I called back into GoRhino and spoke with the rep I originally spoke with. I asked him what the status of the order is, he stated the fabrication division has not gotten back to him and he will call them and get back to me. A few days passed and I received an email with ship date of October 20th 2023.

So today on October 23rd 2023 I still have not received an email stating the items have been shipped, so I called GoRhino to see if the items have been shipped. Spoke to a different rep who obviously dislikes her job. She told me she has to reach out to the fabrication division because she has no updated information. Several minutes later she called me back and told me that my items should be shipped October 31st 2023 and I should get them at the beginning of the second week in November.

Long story short for spending this kind of money turn around time with this company is ridiculous. Customer service is ridiculous. Differently regretting my decision to go with GoRhino.

Really like the Baja look of the GoRhino RB20 Slims. Is there any other company that offers the same style of Step side that isn't crazy in price?

Go Rhino's parent company and their manufacturing is based in Mexico. So that may be adding time and missed commitments.

That being said, their products when you actually get them are top quality in fit and finish.

One option could to be to see if you can cancel your direct order and maybe order from a vendor that has stock like Quadratec or similar but I would verify they actually have it and not drop shipping from Go Rhino.
