I have not ... there are some complaints on their FB page regarding CS and communication, but then we also know people who are unhappy are usually the majority of those who comment. Northridge4x4 is my go to.

I ordered a set of metalcloak sway bar disconnects from them with no issues.

I had a very frustrating experience with them. I ordered what I thought was a roof rack. It came with free shipping and they claim a 90 day return. When I got it, it turned out to be a cross bar. I mean, yes, this can be part of a roof rack, but it's not what I was wanting. When I tried to return it, I had to pay for shipping. When I went to UPS, they quote me $122, and FedEx was $170. This is more than I paid for the part. So now I'm stuck with it, and all customer service had to say was "bummer". Screw that company
