Griding/Scratching Coming to a stop

Rubicon with 16k on the clock. Started having a faint dragging sound when slowing down and coming to a stop. I dont hear it cruising so hesitant on calling it brake dragging. Went out to pull the tires off the ground and my floor jack seal is leaking... Tax season is busy time of year so while I sit behind a computer anyone have heard this before?

I do need to rotate the tires is my one thought but again tough to do anything till April...

Is it just while braking or also when coasting to stop?
Could be a drive line issue.
Could be a rock stuck somewhere.
Is it lifted?
Been off road lately?

Even coasting to a stop. No more off-road than throwing it in 4h for back dirt roads... Just had someone hop in so I could listen. Sounds like it's coming from inside the driver side hub. Tried to put it in 4 and back in 2 so nothing changed there. No lift all stock.

Looked all around. Couldn't find anything that looks like it's scoring anywhere. Dont here it at higher speeds and seems worse when cold. More of a roaring then a scratching.

Definitely sounds like a rock or backing plate on the inside pad rubbing
