Grinding noise

Recently I noticed a grinding noise in the lower part of the vehicle. At first I thought it was in the center front axle area. However, when I drove it today it sounded like it’s coming from the left rear wheel area. Sounds like grinding of some sort. It happens when I turn left or right and accelerate you can really hear the grinding. If you move the steering wheel back and forth quickly while accelerating you can hear the grinding as well. Any help would be appreciated!
