I have a new Gladiator and sometimes when I take off I can feel a type of quick grind coming from the front end. It’s only at slow speeds like after backing out of a parking spot and pulling forward. Usually it happens with the wheels turned. It’s more like something I can feel in the floorboard and only lasts a second or two. Anyone experience anything like this? If so, what did it end up being?

Sounds like a tire rubbing. Since you say it usually happens when turning and backing up. On my 2020 Gladiator, because the wheels were -18 offset and tires were 37x12.50, they would rub against the shocks when I was backing out of my driveway and turning hard left. But that was the only time it would do it and you could definitely feel it.

I just made a thread about this and experiencing the same exact thing in my Overland. Did you ever find out what the issue was?

Yes, seems to be the ABS check around 7 mph. It should only do it once per start.

I just experienced the same thing after putting 35s on my sport S. I got a 2.5” lift on it so it shouldn’t have any issues rubbing. I only hear it when I back out the driveway in the street. After driving I try to replicate it when turning but it doesn’t make a sound.
