Ground hum with stock stereo

I have been noticing a loud ground hum/whine with the stock stereo. Happens even with the head unit "off". Absolutely worse when throttle is applied and goes away when coasting downhill. The more engine load/throttle, the worse the noise. It is absolutely through the speakers. Wondering if I have a ground loose or disconnected somewhere. Anyone have this issue? I have a '21 with the premium audio, all stock system.

Bummer no one else has seen this. I will probably temporarily remove my Voswitch and winch just to check. Those are the only additional connections I have made. I have a feeling I will be checking every ground in the electrical system.

How many miles is on your JT? Used to when I would run into this issue it would be time for a tune up but been out of the automotive world for awhile.

55k or so. Not sure what you mean by tune up.
