I did install this bumper on a 23 JTRD. Flipping the sway bar motor does not work! I notched the corner on the supplied winch plate, to clear the sway bar disconnect motor…took about 5min with a cutting wheel on a Milwaukee cordless grinder. Used the old fog light harness and the front tow hooks. The supplied aluminum skid plate bolted right up to the rubicon. I did not need to use the side brackets for the skid plate. Definitely a lot lighter than the mopar steel bumper with a winch and steel skid plate…
