Heated seats?

Ok Jeep experts out there.. I have a 2022 Willys Sport with no heated seats/steering wheel. My questions is.. do all models come with the wiring, heating elements installed in seats and steering wheel even though it's not an option that was ordered? Would be awesome if anyone knows this? I looked under my seats, plenty of wiring and relays there already.. any knowledge would be great. Thanks
