Heater problems

When I have cold weather, the driver and passenger heaters don't work together. If the driver is warm, the passenger needs a blanket. Dealer said there is nothing to fix it. Anyone else have that issue?

That is odd. I have that same situation on the Grand Cheeokee. I don't use auto when I drive it. I haven't noticed anything odd in the Gladiator.

What's the manufacture date on your '21 Mojave?
I have an early '21 Sport S, and the heater will cook you out, both sides, running in auto.

There is a TSB for early 2021 models to software flash the HVAC module with the latest software to address a few issues. May be plausible your issue would be rolled in this TSB even though it is not specifically listed.

If you yave dual zone temp settings perhaps you dont have the “sync” on. If the sync is not on, the driver side can be set to 75 while the passenger side is set to low. This would cause two drastically different temperatures… I know it’s a simple solution and low hanging fruit. You’ve probably looked at. I just didn’t see it in your post.
