I'm installing the bed rail system, however the Riv-Nuts that go in the rear (On either side of tailgate are just spinning, rather than expanding and tightening. How can I fix this? Thank you very much!

Disregard. I found that the plastic end pieces that these bolt into, provide ZERO structural support, so they're not needed. I installed the bed rails just fine without them.

FYI - If you buy the "DicMic" version of this rail system on Amazon, as I did, be warned that there is no tool included to expand the Riv-nuts. You'll have to go to your local hardware store to pick one up. I was under the impression that they would stay put as I turned the bolt into them. This was the failure point. Now I know a bit more about Riv-nuts, lol. Otherwise, this is a great version of the rail system. Other than one of the end caps being broken upon arrival, the fit and finish are superb, and the black painted bolts area a nice touch.
