Does the power need to be re routed for all bumpers or only certain ones? I bought this today as well and will be installing on the aluminum version of the rubi bumper.

I’m unsure but a lot of folks have had issues because of the size of the winch.. depends on the winch plate/bumper.. I also have read you can get spacers to make room off the front of the grill.

I didn't do it on my 2020.
I did do it with my 2022 just to make it easier in case I wanted to remove by grill - which I ended up doing to install my snow plow wiring.

This is my 2020 ->

Same winch moved to my 2022 after I relocated the cable (that silver line is a wire I used to hold up the rope on the front to keep it out of the way while working on things) ->

I plugged and sealed the original hole the cable ran through with a solid grommet ->

I also have read you can get spacers to make room off the front of the grill.

A forum member sells spacers that work to move the bumper out, but that won't help if you use a winch plate like the bull dog plate which goes behind the frame bumper mounting ears.
The spacers fit between ends of frame and the bumper to move the bumper forward to clear the winch if needed. But they won't help with many winch plates that fit behind the frame "ears" like mine ->

I ordered 3/4 grommets from Amazon and that’s what size hole I punched for the re route of cable supposed to show up Tuesday I also bought some clear silicone I plan on doctoring all of it up this coming weekend…

I have this combo and can’t recommend it. Its too tight a fit and will involve a bit of cussing. The bumper is a PITA to line up all the holes to get the front bolt’s through. It does look pretty good but personally I would shop another bumper.
