2021 JTRD with just a tick under 33,000 miles. Nothing to report regarding powertrain, the under dampened front end was addressed via tsb and the only other minor issues would be the start/ stop is a hit/ miss as to if it is going to perform or not and the occasional refusal of android auto to link up without some fiddling.
I asked about the HPFP recall on Saturday while getting my final freebie oil change and got the typical "working on a solution" line. When I asked as to how many failures the dealer had seen (according to the service writer) he said about 5. A low number if we were speaking gassers but, seeing the rarity of oil burners (in all Jeeps, not just JT's but excluding Ram) I was surprised. The solution until the fix, if it breaks, replace everything to as delivered and go about your business until the fix is in, get that and your done. Plus the warranty is alive (in the HPFP troubles varietyl til the fix is done. Crossing my fingers but not too worried.
